Billing & Refund Policy

Last updated August 10, 2026 · Operated by Average Build LLC

This policy applies to DeckAnvil Pro subscriptions and forms part of our Terms of Service.

Subscriptions and renewal

Pro is sold as a monthly or annual subscription in US dollars, charged at purchase and then automatically renewed at the start of each new period until you cancel. Payments are handled by our payment processor; Average Build LLC does not store your full card details. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not prorate partial periods.

Refunds

  • New subscriptions: full refund if you request it within 14 days of the first charge and the service has not been substantially used to run large volumes of analyses.
  • Accidental duplicate or double charges: refunded in full.
  • Renewals: generally non-refundable, but contact us if you were charged for a renewal you did not intend and have not used the new period — we review these case by case.
  • Residents of jurisdictions with mandatory statutory withdrawal rights keep those rights in full.

Refund requests go to support@deckanvil.app from the email on the account. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Price and feature changes

We may change prices or the Pro feature set. Existing subscribers get notice before a price change applies to their next renewal, and can cancel before it takes effect.

Failed payments and chargebacks

If a renewal fails we may retry and may downgrade the account to the free tier until payment succeeds. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended. If you think a charge is wrong, contact us before disputing it — we can usually fix it faster.

Free tier

The free tier is provided at no cost, supported by advertising, and may include daily analysis limits and restrictions on saving reports. We may change free-tier limits at any time.
